Returns

We have the up most confidence in all of our products and believe you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or the item is faulty we offer a Money Back Guarantee and Free Returns service. We will give you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase being delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights and includes the 14 days statutory cancellation period.

Please note that our returns policy does not include the following, unless faulty:

  • Personalised items

  • Pierced jewellery (earrings or nose studs etc. for hygiene reasons)

  • Cleaning products (if tamper proof packaging has been opened)

Faulty Goods

If you receive your order and the goods are faulty you have up to 30 days from the date you received the goods to inform us and claim a full refund or replacement like for like (if available).

For faulty goods reported after the 30 days we will either replace like for like or attempt to repair the faulty item. if neither of these options are successful we will issue a full refund. The cost of returning faulty goods reported after the 30 days falls to the customer, we recommend using a tracked delivery service as goods in transit are still the reasonability of the customer.

No action will be taken by us until we have received the goods back from the customer. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the items for the refund to be processed.

Exchanging Goods

Our Jewellery is of the highest quality and exceptional value for money, so we are confidence that you will love your purchase. On the odd occasion that customers are unhappy with their order we offer a No Hassle Exchange & Free Returns service. Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of the goods being received. We do not offer exchanges on orders older than 30 days. 

No action will be taken by us until we have received the goods back from the customer. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the items for the exchange to be processed.

Returns Process

Please follow this simple 5 step process to ensure a smooth hassle free experience. 

1. Inform us of your intent to return your order - Submit a returns form & request a Free return by using the link below

  • We will send you a Free return postage label via email.

2. Wait for a member of our customer service team to get in contact with you to discuss what to do next - We aim to respond to all enquires within 24 hours.

 

3. Get the order ready for posting - Please use the original packaging to send the goods back to us, if you no longer have the original packaging please pack the goods to the same standard as it was received. (presentation box, padded envelope or bubble wrap & post bag)

 

4. Post the goods back to us using the Free returns label - If you are responsible for covering the postage cost, we strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail tracked 48 service. (link to Royal Mail website - www.royalmail.com/pricefinder) 

 

5. Wait for a member of our customer service team to get in contact with you to confirm we have received the goods - We aim to inform all customers within 24 hours of us receiving the goods.
