A - No problem, you can still send your items to us for testing. We will let you know the purity of your items and offer you a price.
Q - What happens if I've weighed my Jewellery incorrectly ?
A - We weigh all items on arrival, so if we pick up on any discrepancies a member of our team will contact you before we continue with your transaction.
